This is a large studio apartment located on the top of the owner's residence. It is well equipped, furnished, clean and has a large bath/shower area. It is located at the top of the hill taking the road directly across from the Bolongo Hotel, restaurants bars and beaches. Close to town, groceries, medical, shopping, laundry, etc. There are nice breezes here. NO PETS! $1600 monthly rent. Water and electric are included, but if the bill runs over $400, the tenant is responsible to pay anything over the $400 First, last and security are required.
